HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization’s goals and values.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to foster a positive work environment.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback systems, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all company locations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) like BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training and performance management programs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly preferred.
