Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through resume reviews, phone interviews, and initial screenings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
  • Create and post compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation of the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to promote employer branding.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate hiring success.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or BambooHR).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
