Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Familiarity with the IT, software, or technology industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
