Sales Manager – IT Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for IT solutions and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve team targets.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets for IT solutions and services.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and technologies, including software, cloud solutions, and managed services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively close deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and sales data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
