Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Create, manage, and analyze email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling and targeted content for blogs, social media, and websites.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and update marketing automation workflows to streamline campaign processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating and managing marketing content.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for effective communication and reporting.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
